Not until I have been doing this meditation for more than 2 years did I realized that I have lived with the unhappy minds with constant stress and anxiety from internal conflict and overthinking.
This meditation helps us to find out about ourselves and guide us to finding true self within by getting rids of those false minds.

Find our true mind together when we are alive
I understand the root of my sadness, stress, and anxiety, and from one level to another level, I gained more and more power to discard those false images and negative mind and they cannot bother me anymore.
Everyday I get one step closer to the Truth and I'm so proud of it.
I get to know more about myself and my bad habits that is the reason of all my unhappiness that must be truly thrown away.
It is not long time that I do this meditation, but I can say that I'm changed to a new me who is more confident, more grateful, and I accept more than complain which makes my life much happier and my body much more healthy.

kindness and developed an appreciation for having all the things
For several years, I suffered from severe emotions. I was under pressure always. I am a very skeptical person, I am pretty sure all solutions are in mediation, but many times I tried to do it through YouTube but it was not workable due to my unstable mind.
But I never gave up and tried to search for a good meditation way, one day I found Phnom Penh meditation through the internet, I started using this Meditation and felt it was totally different than others.
In two months since I started doing meditation, I was able to gain mental peace, control, and focus. Doing meditation made me more mindful of the different things around me. I started paying attention to small acts of generosity, and kindness and developed an appreciation for having all these things. I need to live a life with meaning and purpose.
My stress levels and anxiety reduced drastically and started viewing the world through a different lens – the lens of gratitude and forgiveness.
I believe meditation can help people navigate different struggles and make you happy, calm, and make you start loving life again.

My meditation story
Before I met this meditation: I’m in a mess. I’m a highly pride person and I live in my imagination world(picture world including past and future). Which led me to become a person with no confidence. I cannot stop thinking and worrying about things. I cannot concentrate on things I’m doing. I get angry, and upset, and get down easily even with little things. I compared myself to others and doubted myself. I judge when I complain about people. My mind changed fast, seemed I had been controlled by the false. I feel I have already died while living, although I know it wasn’t me, the true me. I have been living in this world for more than 20 years yet I feel there’s a missing piece(The Truth) in life. That piece has been covered by illusion world(human’s mind, picture world).
Until I met this amazing meditation with a clear method guided by a helper(Sunny Hwang). I’m really thankful for this amazing method which was founded by Teacher Woo Myung. I have understood more about the true meaning of life, who I really am, the emptiness, the true happiness, the no human mind world, THE ONE, THE UNIVERSE.
In the beginning, it was hard for me to do this meditation caused my focus wasn’t working well, it’s many times I wanted to give up. My mind keeps changing to this and that… Yet I’ve appreciated my helper’s effort to never stop alerting me also all your kindness. Thank you to Sunny Hwang.
It’s been 2 months since I did this meditation, and it’s really changing me. I’ll do this meditation until the end. My anger volume keeps decreasing. Part of my mood swings have disappeared. I can more concentrate on the things I do. I’m more calm and enjoyable. Good thing takes time so be patient guys. I do recommend this amazing meditation to everyone.

Meditation is good for all
I am writing this message to share my appreciation of the positive impacts of my meditation practice. I had always believed that meditation is good for all, no matter who you are or where you are from, but never knew the great impact until I started meditation in late 2019.
Before the practice, I found that life was not that easy in order to live happily. With family issues, an unhealthy working environment, and the effect of negativity from other people, I felt so stressed and depressed. However, I had to find a solution and emotional support for myself to survive that hard time. Luckily, one of my friends in my former company recommended one meditation page, namely Phnom Penh Meditation Center. A few days later, I joined the event, and I was fond of the technique and method of meditation. Since then, I decided to join a membership and started meditation.
Many days of practice passed, and I noticed a positive change in my mood. My working environment, family situation, and people around me remain the same, but the way I have to react to those things and people are different. I am less angry, disappointed, devastated annoyed, and depressed. On the other hand, now I feel calm and respond to situations effectively and efficiently. Moreover, insomnia used to hit me hard too since I was always overthinking, but now I find it easy to fall asleep quickly. Thanks to meditation and helper, Madame Sunny Hwang. The more I meditate, the clearer I find myself, who deserves mindful peace from the inside. The more I meditate, the more I focus on my goals.
Hence, because of those positive impacts mentioned above, I would recommend this meditation to you. It clears your mind effectively, and surely you will find your inner peace which nothing can take from you.

My name is Thinearng. I’ve been meditating for a year with Sunny in Phnom Penh Meditation Center.
I am really grateful to the method of this meditation which really helps me deal with my daily busy life in my career that I travel a lot, meet a lot of different people, and face a lot of challenges.
I came across this meditation last year maybe on Facebook or something and I approach it. Later on my helper, Sunny sent me a message which really touch my heart. I decided to make an appointment with her at the center.
What I was first interested in this meditation is that I was told about the people living inside the pictures of my mind with feelings and emotion and the way I can clean the pictures from my mind. I tried the method for a month before a yearly member and it really helps me more understanding about the way of people live in daily life because of Karma which is our lived life, habits which is inherited from our ancestor, and mind of this body.
I diligently practice every day in the early morning and before bed and also practice during my work and in some of my hard situations which come to my mind. I can use the method to discard the pictures in my mind which are just false pictures with stress, pressure, worries, burden, fear, anger, demand.

Stop thinking too much but take actions
Hello everyone, I’m Bunsong and I hope you are doing great. I’m glade to meet and be with you as a member of Phnom Penh meditation here. So far, I have joint meditation again about for 4 months and now I’m in early stage of Habit Class.
What make me to decide to do meditation?
Honestly, I was so stressful as my own business as it doesn’t work well during this pandemic times. I have a problem of insomnia that I can’t sleep well at night and in my brain keep thinking lot of worry, doubtful things and sadness. Day by day, my body becomes sick and lazy. Beside business issues, I also faced family relationships problem that it makes my condition even worst. If look at photo in my mobile phone, physically I can notice that my face look sad and dark.
However, I’m thinking of way out to help myself as soon as possible. I feel universe still give me a chance to do meditation again and I started to contact Helper Sunny. I keep doing meditation as daily by 2 times per day and visit center sometimes. Surely, I can see some changes happen on me as I can sleep better at night, my inside sadness start to reduce down step by step. Surprisingly, I care to think of new self good habits and get rid of bad habits. I care to eat healthy, do exercise daily, get up early at 5:00AM & join miracles morning program with members, writing dairy, be patient and kind to people around. I commits to stop drinking alcohol, eating unhealthy food, taking things for granted, and stop thinking too much but take actions.
I don’t say that now I can solve all my current hard situation yet. But I am a bit happy and my face look more bright and my body also not much heavy as before I do meditation. I would like to say big thank you to true universe, all helpers, especially Ms Sunny for helping me a lot . I believe that being with truth in life, the truth will help me to get through all complexities.
I pray “After the storm days gone, the sunrise days will come.”

We are living in a trap in the human mind even if we don't know we are staying inside. So I really thank you for this meditation.
The method is very amazing.
I can say it's my real, it's my real life. I've been creating the company and then day and night I am thinking of making the company grow bigger and bigger. And that time I could not sleep well. I worked so hard.
In the end, the company had already grown bigger and bigger. I still cannot sleep because of responsibility.
Sometimes I sleep at 9 pm and wake up at 1 am. and I cannot sleep until the morning or sometimes I cannot sleep from midnight until 3 am something like this.
It became clear to me that my mental state was suffering, and I needed to take care of my well-being.
If I didn't join the meditation I didn't know the mental weakness. So please be careful with your mental.
I can say after I joined the meditation it was step by step I think about one month, I became stable.
My mind becomes stable and stable and then I know what is the truth and what is false.
I can release it by throwing away, release it by throwing away, reflecting and throwing away a lot of things and it is just the picture.
So 1 month after I joined the meditation, I became good at sleeping not insomnia anymore, become good sleep and then everything back to normal step by step day by day.
And now I have a very healthy body and mental also.
Let's see a real example, after I joined meditation I can see that one thing is very important.
The real example is, that I can see old people like my family or another family, they live very very negatively, very anxious, and very stressed every day.
So I noticed what happened to them, because I joined meditation, so I can understand why they became like that.
Because they save a lot of pictures from the day they are born until they are the year of 70, 80, or 90.
Let's imagine how, how, how much is the picture that they saved from the year that they were born.
They save a lot of pictures it looks like the computer you know. It's like the computer when you save at the storage and you never refresh and you never delete, you never reset.
Because of the computer, it's easy. When you have something wrong, you bring it to the computer for repair, and will reset for you.
But for the people, you know sometimes you don't know yourself.
You can reset you can refresh your mind. So I think this meditation is medicine.
The meditation method is a way to clean our minds to refresh them. So when I join the meditation after that I know the way to throw it away.
I know myself when I get old I'm not gonna be like the old people with the old generation.
